Apple Pie Protein Cake Bars
Tasty and packed with protein!

Ingredients
- 120g VitaClassic syrup
- 135g pancake mix
- 35g vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g light butter
- 100g chopped apples
- 115g Greek yogurt
- 60ml almond milk
Directions
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Cut cold butter into dry & mix until well incorporated. It should be fairly crumbly/sandy.
- Add chopped apples & coat in the mixture.
- Add remaining wet ingredients & mix until a thick batter forms.
- Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan.
- Bake ~30 mins at 350F. Let cool in baking tray for 10 mins before transferring to a wire rack to further cool. Enjoy!
