Apple Pie Protein Cake Bars

    Ingredients

    • 120g VitaClassic syrup
    • 135g pancake mix
    • 35g vanilla protein powder
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 50g light butter
    • 100g chopped apples
    • 115g Greek yogurt
    • 60ml almond milk


    Directions

    1. Mix together dry ingredients.
    2. Cut cold butter into dry & mix until well incorporated. It should be fairly crumbly/sandy.
    3. Add chopped apples & coat in the mixture.
    4. Add remaining wet ingredients & mix until a thick batter forms.
    5. Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan.
    6. Bake ~30 mins at 350F. Let cool in baking tray for 10 mins before transferring to a wire rack to further cool. Enjoy!
