Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Shake

- ½ cup (120 g) coconut milk
- ½ cup (140 g) greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups (350 g) frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp (32 g) peanut butter
- 1 tbsp (6 g) oat starch
- 2 tbsp (25 g) VitaFiber® IMO syrup
- 1 tsp (4.5 g) vanilla extract
- 1 scoop lentil protein
- ¼ cup (62 g) milk
- To make the smoothie simply add all of the ingredients to a blender, blend for 30 seconds and stir.
- Blend for another 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
- Double or triple the recipe to have extra on hand for the week
