Protein Bar

  • 90 g VitaFiber® IMO Syrup
  • 30 g Pea protein (or any other protein powder)
  • 4 g Almond flour
  • 15 g Unsweetened chocolate OR 20 g freeze dried fruit powder


  • Heat the VitaFiber® IMO syrup until warm but not boiling.
  • Add protein powder, almond flour, and flavour (chocolate can be either added in small chunks or melted.)
  • Mold into desired size and shape and refrigerate to set.
