Whipped Cream

A sweet choice but a smart choice! Add to your favorite fruits or desserts.

Serving size: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 tbsp VitaFiber IMO powder
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1.  Add 3 tbsp of VitaFiber powder and half of a tsp of vanilla extract to your cream in a large bowl
2. Whip to desired consistency with a hand mixer or whisk and adjust to your preferred sweetness
